For some people, getting out and about on their own can be very difficult. This can have a direct impact on the health and well-being of an individual, particularly if they miss important health appointments.

Our Support workers can accompany you, or your loved one, to get to those important appointments on time. Most of our staff have their own transport, so there is no having to wait for taxis or buses. Here are just some of the appointments we are able to assist with:

• Appointments with your local GP
• Appointments at a hospital or clinic
• Appointments with your chiropodist, hairdressers or optician
